• What is an e-Taskers personal assistant?
  The trained personal assistant, also known as a lifestyle consultant, or household manager, is an efficient service professional, who takes responsibilities for organizing and coordinating your lifestyle needs. Your e-Taskers professional provides you a personal assitant on a time-share basis. Our targeted services make it possible for you to get help managing day-to-day chores without hiring and budgeting for a full time assistant.
• Who are our clients?
  Our clients are individuals who know that time is their most valuable asset. Our clients consist of individuals and families with hectic schedules; seniors who cherish living independently, but just need a little help; new moms adjusting to new routines, recuperating patients, and habitual business travelers. We are for anyone who wants more personal WowHours ™ than chores packed into their busy week.
• Is there any membership or processing fee to use e-Taskers services?
  Absolutely not. Whether you use us on an "as needed" basis or contract us to serve you on a regular schedule, there is never any membership or processing fee. To get the most from our services, and take advantage of a discount from our hourly rates, sign up for weekly or monthly contract customized to fit your specific needs.
• Where are we located and where do we service?
  We are located in Tiburon and currently our services are available for most of Marin county, including Sausalito, Tiburon/Belvedere, Mill Valley, Corte Madera, and Larkspur.
• What are your hours of operation?
  Our hours are Mon - Fri from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sat - Sun from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  We also offer services on State and Federal Holidays at $50 an hour with a 2 hours minimum. Services outside of normal business hours are subject to a $25 surcharge.

• How do I proceed?
  All services at e-Taskers start with completing a simple Client's Profile . An e-Taskers representative will contact you to have a brief discussion about of your needs and to create a detailed proposal and quotation covering our most cost-effective solutions. The more we know about you, the better we will be able to develop a customized selection of personalized services. With a monthly retainer, you will be assigned a Personal e-Taskers Representative as your primary contact. This specialist will become familiar with your preferences, thus enhancing your overall experience. You will be provided with a Membership ID, Login and password to utilize our online Grocery List, Service Request Form, Coordinated Personal Calendar and Contact Management programs.

• How do I put in a request for service?
  Once we have your profile on file and you have a Membership ID, you can send us your requests any time via e-mail, telephone, fax or through signing on and completing our on-line request form. For your record, we will send a confirmation via e-mail outlining the request, instructions, and information you provided. One more confirmation will be sent when the task is completed. For travel and entertainment requests, we will email the complete itinerary with time, dates, confirmation number, etc... A copy will also be in your online e-Taskers' Personal Database.

• Can I use your services when I'm out of town?
  We are here to attend to your home's upkeep and safety while you're away as well as prepare it for your return. You can call us while traveling for help in finding local restaurants, entertainment, route maps, or anything else you may need while on the road. We can even find an outstanding concierge service to assist you in a distant city, so you are never without local help.

• How do I pay for services?
  For new clients, we respectfully request payment at time of service or in the form of a monthly retainer. Contract clients are invoiced for one week/month prior to service. A credit card will be on file for incidentals from 3rd party vendors/services such as groceries, drycleaners,etc... There are never any hidden charges or additional fees added without your prior authorization.
